THERE ARE 6 STAGES FROM START TO GOING LIVE

1. MEET, CUPPA & CHAT
BOOK A GET-TOGETHER
Meet, Cuppa & Chat Meeting is a good way to get to know each other as we take a close look at where your business or organisation is currently with your online presence and what we need to implement.

Our first meeting will be at a local cafe over a cuppa where our work distractions are minimal. If you live outside the Mid North Coast we will have our meeting via the phone. Expect this meeting will be an hour.

WHAT TO BRING
Pad and pen. 

GOAL
Get to know each other and to either agree or not agree to work together.

WHERE
At a local Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Laureton, Kempsy or Taree Cafe. If you're located outside this area we'll have a phone appointment.

COST
No cost. In fact, we'll shout you a cuppa and you can provide a smile!

2. PLANNING MEETING
BOOK A PLANNING MEETING
The purpose of the planning meeting is to get together to plan the look, feel and functionality of your new website, webapp, scheduling system or other products we offer. It's simply looking at the details.

With that said, we have the recipe, you have the ingredients and together we can make something wonderful that can build your business successfully. The ingredients are logos, pictures, about your business description and anything else needed.

WHAT TO BRING
To quicken the process, bring a USB drive with a high-res logo, word doc with an overview/about your business and images of you, your team and the shopfront. 

WHEN
Check schedule and book an available time.

WHERE
At your business, cafe or phone. 

COST
You shout a cuppa & we'll provide a smile.

3. PROGRESS MEETING
BOOK A PROGRESS MEETING
Sometimes on more complex websites or projects we need to have a progress meeting. By now, the process is well underway and it's time to bring you up to speed and talk about any issues that might have come up. 

It's a good opportunity to take more photos, make videos and anything else that's required to create an amazing website.

There may not be anything to see at this early stage. Because we normally want to wait until we have something beautiful for you to see and can pleasantly surprise you with a bit of WOW factor.

HOW LONG
Meeting normally takes about 30mins.

At your workplace. 

COST

4. SHOW & TWEAK MEETING
BOOK A TWEAK-IT MEETING
At this stage, we've nearly finished. It's time to show you the outcome of our hard work for you. This is a great opportunity to look at the detail and see what tweaks we need to do before we go live.

HOW LONG
The meeting normally takes about an hour.

WHEN
We'll contact you and you book a time.

WHERE
At your work or cafe if you have a laptop.  

COST
Just a cuppa and a smile when you see the finished work.

5. HANDOVER & TRAINING
BOOK A TRAINING SESSION
After finishing the tweaking of your website and going live, it's time to hand it over to you and do some basic training with you. 

Our desire is that you know the basic about updating your own website anytime you want and as often as you want.

You won't know everything by the end of training, but you will know you have the ability to make changes yourself.

Plus, you get to see most of the features and how they work.

6. FOLLOW-UP & COACHING
BOOK A FOLLOW-UP
After a month has past since your website has gone live you can schedule a time to catch up and we can discuss how you're adapting to your new website. We'll guide you with suggestions of what to do next and how to achieve those steps.

Normally a month after your website is live.

HOW
You book a follow-up after 1 mth going live.

WHERE
At a local cafe or via the phone.

COST
1st follow-up free, additional meetings $97.
