  • Q: Where is your office?

    We are based in Port Macquarie (because it's gorgeous) and we'll travel to meet clients where possible from Sydney to the Gold Coast.


    But it's more than that... we have found most web design agencies get you to come to them in their office and pay for it for them. We believe it doesn't have to be that way.


    Needless to say, we don't waste money on offices and that means we can make our services cheaper than most. 


    We truly want to get to know you and your business so we choose to be proactive and visit our clients face-to-face onsite where possible. If we can’t meet at your business, then we meet at a local café and enjoy a cuppa as we discuss your website. 


    Plus, if we are able to visit your business, we would like to make it very worthwhile for you by getting to see your business first-hand, taking some lovely photos and getting a feel for what you do so we can create a beautiful website that reflects your business. All are included in the pricing. No surprises.


    We are very happy to travel to the Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Taree, Forster/Tuncurry, Newcastle and Sydney to visit you and to start building a life-long friendship.

  • Q: What are your business hours?

    We are available most of the time for our Clients. Our Technical Department works 24/7 to ensure efficient and continual online services. 


    CHANGES to existing content: Clients are encouraged to send a short text message (Call Me!) on a specified number and we’ll call back virtually immediately from 6 am to 10 pm most days of the week. 


    URGENT HELP: Clients are encouraged when there is an urgent change or technical issue with the website or digital business card to text (Call Me Now - Urgent) and we will call you back within minutes and then go to work immediately to resolve the issue. 


    *Pricing for premium client services, changers to current content and urgent help are ALL part of your subscription fee. No extra labour hourly charges are required.


    Operational hours: 8 am to 6 pm - Monday to Thursday.

  • Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Internet Bank Transfers, Visa, MasterCard for the initial setup & Direct Debit from an Australian Bank Account for the monthly subscription. 


    We utilise EziDebit for processing. You can learn more about them by visiting EziDebit.com.au. They are Australia's largest non-bank payment provider.

  • Q: Can I get a full refund?

    No. We are unable to refund our time, expertise, and efforts. 


    We offer many revisions and modifications to the design before going live. We want you to be totally satisfied with your investment.

  • Q: Do you offer any discounts?

  • Q: Is there a monthly subscription?

    Yes, every website on the internet has ongoing costs and we are no different. 


    Commonly, Web Designers charge for the essentials and then add extra charges for expensive hourly rates for any work they do for customers after the website goes live, including any website updates or edits. 


    At EDGEZONE MEDIA we have a monthly subscription and that's it - NO hourly labour costs or surprise charges.


    Moreover, we love to continue to grow your website long after it goes live and that is what separates us from other Web Designers. That's where we will shine for you. 


    In addition, your monthly subscription covers the cost of your website SSL Certificate (website encrypted security), secure cloud hosting, self-added unlimited webpages, unlimited storage, editor software costs, editor software upgrades, new editor software features, real quick help and comprehensive website statistics. Plus, your monthly cost also includes our world-class support and training that’s real hands-on help, it's quick and thorough. 


    You can make changes to your website yourself quickly at any time or simply send an email to us or leave a message and we’ll complete the challenge as quickly as practical. No bull.

  • Q: How much does an Edgezone Media website cost?

    Great question; While most Web Designers choose NOT to disclose the fees in fear of losing their business, we choose to travel down a completely different path of full transparency.


    We may not be the cheapest and we're definitely not the dearest, but, we are comprehensive, trustworthy and very proactive in supporting you and our clients.


    By deciding to hire Edgezone Media means you get everything you want and more without any hassles, sprinkled with plenty of patience and all the real practical help you could ever need.


    Our aim is to grow with you over the life of your business and that’s what we focus on – Life after your web design goes live is where you'll see the true benefits of our passion to serve you. 


    However, before we get started, let’s understand what a website purchase is. Because it’s probably not what you think.


    THIS IS IMPORTANT… A website IS NOT a PRODUCT (Like the industry tries to convince you so they can charge you more). It’s a SERVICE – A cloud-based service. SIMPLY, none of us ever own a website – We RENT it. Yes, it’s the truth. If you stop paying rent to keep it alive, it automatically gets deleted. Like, if you stop paying for the electricity to your home – the lights go off. 


    With that said, the Web Design setup fee is important, it’s for our creative skills of design, coding, setting up all the sections and navigation that make a website work, setting up the SSL Security Certificate and connect the domain to the new website to make it go live.

    But first, let’s look at what you get for your web design setup price. Our pricing includes everything.... webpages like about, services, image gallery, text, social media links, contact form, business details, SEO and mobile web-app. 


  • Q: How much does it cost to add more webpages to my website?

    It’s FREE. That’s right. You can personally add UNLIMITED additional webpages at NO COST, that's right... it's free, as long as you're happy to personalise the webpages yourself. 


    Don't worry... We'll teach you how easy it is to add our premade layout webpages or premade webpage sections to your website and simply change the images and text to whatever ever you want! 


    Or, if you prefer, you can choose to hire us to do it for you at $375 per webpage.

  • Q: Do we have to sign a long-term, locked-in contracts?

    No, not at Edgezone Media. No contracts here! 


    We don’t require you to sign any long-term contracts. Our cloud-based content management CMS website editing system, support, security and hosting are paid month to month or save two months by paying yearly. 


    You can cancel any time by sending us a quick email to cancel your subscription (No refunds) and delete your website. 


    With that said, you need to know there are no refunds for the service we offer. If you decide to stop paying for your website, your website will automatically be deleted after 20 days.

  • Q: Can we host our website somewhere else?

    Another great question, the answer in short is no, our content management system is a cloud-based hosted software, so the design of your website and all the functionality of our system are connected.

  • Q: Can you do Search Engine Ranking Optimising SEO for me?

    Yes. We can help you to rank your business on search with our ongoing hands-on website SEO, Google My Business Optimisation, Google Maps Search Ranking Optimisation and content creation guidance. Proper search engine ranking optimisation is an ongoing series of tasks.


    There are no shortcuts – we all have to jump through Google’s hoops. If you like to learn more about Search Ranking Optimisation we suggest you visit our Google Help Page. Note: It's all included in our premium client's monthly subscription.

  • Q: Do you provide domain name search, registration and domain name hosting?

    Yes, you can (Or we can help you) register a domain name with Edgezone Media for approx. $25 per year. Visit our domain website
    http://Domains.EdgezoneMedia.com.au to open a free account and register a domain name for your website. 


    *Please note: You will always own your domains. Not us. (The reason we say this is because other web designers in the industry purchase client domains in their own name and hold customers to ransom if they ever want to leave.) Every Edgezone Media Client owns and pays for their own domain names. 


    If you want us to help you, register, setup and connect it to your website for you, just let us know.


    If you already have a domain name with someone else and you need it to transfer to Edgezone Media in order for us to help you more, just let us know.

  • Q: Do you provide and host our email too?

    Yes, if your domain name is hosted with Edgezone Media we do provide Office 365 Email Essentials.


    Perfect for roaming workers who mostly access email on the go through multiple devices such as mobile, tablets, laptops. You’ll have access to all your emails, contacts, tasks and calendars in Office 365. No downtime.


    1x email account for approx. $12.50 per month = 15 GB mailbox storage.


    1x email account for approx. $19 per month = 50 GB mailbox storage + 1,000 GB Cloud Storage OneDrive®


    *Both include: POP, IMAP & Exchange ActiveSync® & Online Calendar.
