  • Are there any hidden chargers?

    No. We keep everything transparent. 


    - LOGO DESIGN ONLY: Just $550 one time with 5 revisions.

  • What if I need to change something?

    You can have up to 5 revisions of the design. When the final approval has been made for the design and you've received the files, there are no more revisions.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Thanks for asking. Nope. We are unable to offer a refund on our time.

  • How do I receive my files?

    If possible we will email the files to you. However, if the files are too large we will offer them via Dropbox or send you a USB drive with them.

  • What file formats do you supply?

    You'll receive:


    1x PDF.

    1x Clear Background .png file.

    1x White background with shadow .jpeg file.

    1x Vector file SVG & ESP.

    and the Adobe .psd files if requested.


    *If there is another file format not listed here that you want, just let us know.

  • Can I change the design after I've receive the final files?

    Yes, you can. 


    However, once final approval has been made for the design and you've received the files, there are no more revisions.


    Yet, you can make a new order to create a replacement for your existing design of $550.
